One aspect of the present invention relates to a 3-methyl-1-butene copolymer comprising: constituent units derived from 3-methyl-1-butene and constituent units derived from α-olefins (excluding 3-methyl-1-butene), the 3-methyl-1-butene copolymer having at least one melting point Tm (°C) determined by differential scanning calorimetry and satisfying the following formula (1): Tm1 ≧ -1.8α + 300 ...
