Alkaline developer-curable resin compositions, dry films, cured products, and electronic components

Abstract

This invention provides an alkaline developable curable resin composition, a dry film having a resin layer formed from the resin composition, a cured product formed from the resin composition, and an electronic component having the cured product. The alkaline developable curable resin composition and its cured product exhibit excellent acid resistance, chemical gold plating resistance, electrolytic gold plating resistance, and tin plating resistance, and are less prone to coarsening. The alkaline developable curable resin composition comprises (A) a carboxyl-containing resin, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) an antioxidant, (D) barium sulfate, and (E) talc. The antioxidant (C) has a relative molecular weight of 600 g / mol or more to 1200 g / mol or less, and a melting point of 100°C or more to 130°C or less. The barium sulfate (D) is barium sulfate with an average particle size of 0.5 μm or less that has been surface-treated with an amine.
