Abstract
This invention discloses an RNAi agent that inhibits MUC5AC gene expression and use thereof, and specifically discloses a double-stranded RNA for inhibiting MUC5AC gene expression, a vector, a cell, a pharmaceutical composition and a kit containing the encoding nucleotides thereof , and a method for using the dsRNA, vector, cell or pharmaceutical composition to treat diseases or disorders mediated by or related to MUC5AC expression in subjects.
