Abstract

The present invention disclosure provides a method and system for identifying raw materials and excipients in preparations based on the combined use of multiple devices, wherein the method comprises freezing and polishing a section of a test sample to be analyzed to obtain a section to be tested; observing the section to be tested with an electron microscope to obtain electron microscope images of the section to be tested, and determining an area to be tested on the section to be tested; scanning the area to be tested with an energy spectrometer to obtain energy spectrum images; based on the electron microscope images and the energy spectrum images, determining whether there are characteristic elements in the test sample, and if there are characteristic elements, identifying the characteristic elements according to the energy spectrum images; based on the electron microscope images and the energy spectrum images, determining whether the test sample contains components that match preset morphological features, and if so, analyzing and processing the electron microscope images by using a pre-constructed convolutional neural network model to identify the components that match the preset morphological features, the method and system can identify components in the sample to be analyzed more accurately and rapidly.
