Abstract

[Problem] This invention provides an optical system device that prevents or inhibits adhesive seepage into the uneven shape of an optical element, and a method for manufacturing the optical system device. [Solution] An optical system device includes: an optical element having an uneven shape that performs optical functions; and a frame that holds the optical element by means of an abutment surface, wherein at least the uneven shape of the optical element is formed of an elastic resin member, and the abutment surface between the optical element and the frame is sealed by the elastic resin member.
