Abstract

Disclosed is a battery pack having improved cooling performance in a multi-layer battery cell array structure and a vehicle including the same. The battery pack includes a plurality of battery cell arrays stacked in at least multiple layers, the battery cell array including a plurality of battery cells and a cooling unit for cooling the plurality of battery cells; a pipe assembly configured to allow a cooling fluid to flow into and out of the cooling unit; and a plurality of connector units connected to the pipe assembly and configured to allow the cooling fluid to flow in different directions relative to a width direction of the battery pack in the cooling units of battery cell arrays arranged adjacent to each other in each layer.
