Glass core substrate singulation process and glass core substrate unit obtained therefrom

Abstract

An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a glass core substrate unit and a glass core substrate singulation process including the steps of: forming a metal pattern on one surface or both surfaces of a glass core substrate; forming an insulating layer on one surface or both surfaces of the glass core substrate on which the metal pattern is formed; removing the insulating layer formed on the metal pattern from the insulating layer; forming a protective layer on the insulating layer; removing the metal pattern; and cutting the glass core substrate along the position where the metal pattern of the glass core substrate is removed to form a glass core substrate unit.
