Preparation and application of pyrimidothiazolinone pan-KRAS mutant protein inhibitor

Abstract

This invention relates to pyrimidine diacetylcholine inhibitors of KRAS mutant proteins and their uses. Specifically, this invention provides a compound of formula (I), wherein the definitions of each substituent are as described in the specification. Furthermore, it relates to compositions of this inhibitor and their applications. The compounds of this invention exhibit good activity in inhibiting tumor growth and have good safety profiles.
