Abstract
Disclosed herein are antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs). According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, each ASO exhibits an inhibitor effect on MYC-expression and MYC-mediated pathway, and accordingly may serve as a therapeutic agent for cancers. Also disclosed herein are compositions comprising the ASOs, and uses thereof in treating cancers.
