Abstract

This invention provides an ionizable lipid for active targeted delivery, specifically relating to a compound of formula (I), or an isotopic variant, tautomer, or stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The invention also provides nanoparticle pharmaceutical compositions comprising the aforementioned compounds, and the use of the aforementioned compounds and compositions thereof in delivering payloads to target organs and / or target tissues (e.g., immune organs and / or immune tissues).
