Abstract
This invention relates to an RNAi construct for inhibiting the expression of the desialyl glycoprotein receptor 1 (ASGR1) gene, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the construct, and its use. The aforementioned RNAi construct achieves disease prevention and / or treatment by inhibiting the expression of the ASGR1 gene in the liver.
