Use of birch sap for improving memory

The medication or health product may help improve disturbance of memory. The birch sap extract-related products of the present disclosure have the characteristics of highly efficient, safe and convenient, and can effectively treat, prevent or slow down disturbance of memory in the form of pharmaceuticals, dietary intervention or health food supplements.
