Abstract
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition of an anti-IL-1β antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a lyophilized powder formulation, and uses thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises the anti-IL-1β antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, a pH buffer system, a stabilizer, and a surfactant. In the pharmaceutical composition, the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is mixed with the pH buffer system, stabilizer, and surfactant. The pH buffer system, stabilizer, and surfactant help maintain the stability of the antibody, protecting the antibody drug from degradation or aggregation during manufacturing, storage, and administration.
