Abstract

The invention relates to conjugates, specifically conjugates capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. Provided herein is a conjugate comprising a therapeutic and / or imaging moiety, a targeting moiety, a spacer and a lipid. Also provided herein is an intermediate conjugate further comprising a reactive moiety, and linker reagents. Pharmaceutical compositions, uses, methods of medical treatment and prophylaxis, methods of delivering a functional moiety, and compositions are also disclosed herein.
