Abstract

The present application provides a method, device, and storage medium for improving the accuracy of defibrillation energy release in a defibrillation system. The method includes: acquiring an internal resistance value of the defibrillation system; acquiring an intracardiac impedance value of a patient to be defibrillated; acquiring a defibrillation energy setting value input into the defibrillation system; and calculating a total defibrillation energy value based on the internal resistance value of the defibrillation system, the intracardiac impedance value of the patient, and the defibrillation energy setting value, and charging a charging capacitor of a defibrillation power supply in the defibrillation system using the total defibrillation energy value as a charging target. The method of the present application enables more accurate control of the energy released to the patient’s myocardium, thereby improving the success rate of defibrillation while minimizing potential myocardial injury.
