Abstract

This invention provides an electrode that can suppress damage to the conductive carbon layer even when bent. The electrode 1 of this invention comprises a resin film 2 and a conductive carbon layer 4 sequentially in the thickness direction. The conductive carbon layer 4 has sp3 bonds. The thermal shrinkage rate when the electrode 1 is heated at 150°C for 1 hour is between -0.2% and 0.2%.
