Equipment and methods for controlling bow in laminate structures

Abstract

Various methods provide embodiments for processing a large batch of asymmetric laminates with bow, including controlling or changing a bow or curvature in laminated glass structures by configuring the laminates in a laminate assembly, heating the assembly, optionally with force, to induce a change to the curvature of the initial laminates in the assembly to a reduced or eliminated curvature / bow in the final laminate product, once the laminate assembly is cooled.
