Easy-open sealing gasket

Abstract

This application provides an easy-open sealing gasket, comprising a functional layer, a strong adhesive layer, an electromagnetic induction heating layer, and an adhesive sealing layer. The functional layer, from top to bottom, includes a surface film and a connecting film. The adhesive sealing layer is located below the functional layer, the strong adhesive layer is located between the surface film and the adhesive sealing layer, and the electromagnetic induction heating layer is located between the surface film and the adhesive sealing layer. The upper surface of the easy-open sealing gasket includes a lifting portion, a lifting neck, and a perforated area. The perforated area is cut by a perforation line and is located around the lifting portion, connecting to both sides of the lifting neck. The thickness of the easy-open sealing gasket corresponding to the perforated area is less than the maximum thickness of the easy-open sealing gasket. The functional layer of the easy-open sealing gasket has a tear line. One end of the tear line is connected to the lifting portion, and the other end of the tear line is separated from the outermost ring of the easy-open sealing gasket by a tear gap greater than 0 mm and less than or equal to 20 mm. The tear line has at least one tear cutting point. The easy-open sealing gasket also includes a release layer, which is located on the lower surface of the connecting film corresponding to the lifting part, or on the upper or lower surface of the electromagnetic induction heating layer corresponding to the lifting part, lifting neck, and cutout area. The aforementioned easy-open sealing gasket can improve the convenience for users to open.
