Abstract

A method, apparatus, and nanofiber sheet manufacturing procedure for increasing carbon nanotube density using a small device are provided. The method comprises: a step of preparing a plurality of carbon nanotubes; a step of advancing an elastic sheet along a first direction toward a steering member, the elastic sheet having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a step of contacting the first surface with the steering member and wrapping the elastic sheet around the steering member to expand the second surface; a step of advancing the elastic sheet from the steering member along a second direction different from the first direction to contract the second surface; a step of temporarily fixing the upper ends of the plurality of carbon nanotubes to the second surface by inserting them into the expanded second surface; and a step of moving the plurality of carbon nanotubes along the second direction while the upper ends are inserted into the second surface.
