The present invention provides an anti-TF antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, an antibody-drug conjugate comprising the antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody-drug conjugate, and a method for preparing the antibody-drug conjugate and its use (e.g., use in the treatment and / or prevention of TF-positive cancers).
