Abstract

This invention discloses a liquid crystal composition and a liquid crystal display element or liquid crystal display comprising the liquid crystal composition. The liquid crystal composition comprises one or more compounds of Formula I and at least one or more terminal olefin liquid crystal compounds. The liquid crystal composition is a PSVA liquid crystal composition, particularly suitable for displays or TVs; and it possesses good solubility and a high polymerization temperature, enabling the formation of a dense film layer with high temperature reliability when used in liquid crystal display elements or liquid crystal displays prepared using PI-less technology.
