Abstract

The present invention relates to a tumor-reactive T cell composition obtained by expanding from a patient sample. After the composition is stimulated by a tumor cell antigen, the proportion of CD8+CD137+ cells among CD45+ cells is at least greater than 25%, and / or the proportion of CD45RA+CD62L+ cells in the composition is at least greater than 30%. The present invention further relates to a method for expanding a tumor-reactive T cell composition from a patient sample. The composition of the present invention has a high total number of tumor-reactive T cells, long lifespan, a high proportion of viable cells, and strong tumor-killing ability, which can provide a basis for the application of the composition in tumor treatment.
