Abstract

This invention relates to a peptide imprinting and transfection complex, its uses and preparation method, and a method for inducing cell differentiation into dental stem cells (DSCs) using the peptide imprinting and transfection complex. Specifically, this invention relates to a peptide imprinting and transfection complex comprising dCas9 peptide-imprinted chitosan composite nanoparticles and a dCas9 protein-guide RNA complex, wherein the dCas9 peptide-imprinted chitosan composite nanoparticles bind to the dCas9 protein-guide RNA complex. This peptide imprinting and transfection complex can be mixed with target cells, allowing it to enter the target cells and thereby regulate at least one gene related to inducing cell differentiation into dental stem cells, thus promoting the successful differentiation of target cells into dental stem cells. These dental stem cells can be applied to tooth tissue regeneration, thereby solving the problem of damaged teeth that cannot regenerate.
