Valve apparatus

Abstract

The valve device (10) includes: a housing (12) having a flow hole (24) for fluid flow; a piezoelectric actuator (46) housed in the housing and capable of opening and closing the opening of the flow hole; a retaining member (50) for holding the piezoelectric actuator; and a threaded member (52) for supporting the retaining member in an adjustable position relative to the housing; the threaded member is screwed into a threaded hole (82) formed in the retaining member. A valve apparatus (10) includes: a housing (12) provided with a communication hole (24) through which a fluid flows; a piezo actuator (46) housed in the housing and configured to open and close an opening of the communication hole; a holding member (50) that holds the piezo actuator; and a screw member (52) that supports the holding member in a manner so that the position of the holding member is adjustable with respect to the housing, the screw member being engaged with a screw hole (82) formed in the holding member.
