Abstract
The present invention relates to a freeze-drying apparatus (1) for drying liquid-containing products (10), comprising a vacuum chamber (11) designed to receive the liquid-containing products (10), wherein a receiving device (12) having at least one receiving plate (13) is provided, the liquid-containing products (10) being able to be placed on top of the at least one receiving plate, and wherein a cooling system (14) having a fluid circuit (15) is provided to cool and / or heat the products (10) by means of a cooling fluid (16) guided in the fluid circuit.
