Triangular optical measurement system

Abstract

A triangular optical measurement system is provided, including an illuminating module and an imaging module. The illuminating module includes a first function splitting optical element, at least two first light sources, and a slit element. The first function splitting optical element is configured to split illuminating light emitted by the at least two first light sources to form at least two beams of non-coherent line light with different characteristics which are incident on a surface of a to-be-measured object along a same direction. The imaging module is configured to collect reflected light of at least two beams of non-coherent line light for imaging. A slit of the slit element is adjustable along a width direction, so that non-coherent optical paths are different or overlapped.
