Abstract

An electronic device includes a display panel unit and a functional panel unit. The display panel unit has a display region and a non-display region adjacent to the display region. The display panel unit includes a first light shielding element disposed in the non-display region. The functional panel unit is disposed on the display panel unit and has an active region and a non-active region adjacent to the active region. The functional panel unit includes a second light shielding element disposed in the non-active region. In a cross-sectional direction of the electronic device, a width of the first light shielding element is greater than a width of the second light shielding element.
