Abstract

The determination device (10) determines the detection signals (D, D1, D2) of the first detection sensor (22, 22a) and the second detection sensor (22, 22b). These detection sensors are installed at different positions (P1, P2) of the actuator (20) with the moving body (24). It has a notification unit (78) that, when the determination unit (74) determines that the detection signals of the first detection sensor and the second detection sensor are both signals of a predetermined type, indicating HIGH or LOW, it provides a notification corresponding to the determination result of the determination unit. A determination device (10) for making determination regarding detection signals (D, D1, D2) from a first detection sensor (22, 22a) and a second detection sensor (22, 22b) to be attached at different positions (P1, P2) of an actuator (20) including a movable body (24) includes a notification unit (78) configured to issue a notification corresponding to a determination result made by a determination unit (74) in a case where the determination unit determines that both the detection signals from the first detection sensor and the second detection sensor are signals of a predetermined type indicative of HIGH or LOW.
