Working procedure schedule system and working procedure schedule method

Abstract

A working procedure schedule method includes following steps: receiving a piece of order data and a plurality of optimization target values from an input device and obtaining a maximum number of devices corresponding to a plurality of production devices from a production system, which the piece of order data includes a plurality of working procedures corresponding to a plurality of processing tasks; generating a plurality of working procedure combinations according to the maximum number of devices and at least one working procedure limit of each of the working procedures; generating a plurality of target working procedure combinations according to the optimization target values and simulation results corresponding to each of the working procedure combinations; selecting a first target working procedure result according to the simulation results corresponding to each of the working procedure combinations, which the first target working procedure result corresponds a first target working procedure combination; and generating a processing schedule according to the first target working procedure combination to output the processing schedule to the production system.
