Abstract

The window generation function unit 10A, executed by the window generation apparatus 10 on the client terminal 90, includes: a jurisdiction determination unit 11, which determines the jurisdiction of the client terminal 90 based on the location of the client terminal 90 that has accessed the web page; a window generation unit 13, which generates a window corresponding to the jurisdiction; and a window display unit 15, which displays the window on the client terminal 90. The window is displayed on the monitor 91 of the client terminal 90 when the client terminal 90 specifies the URL of the web page and sends a request to the server 50. This allows for the automatic determination of the jurisdiction of the client terminal 90 and the display of a window based on the legal requirements stipulated in that jurisdiction.
