Food safety audit methods

Abstract

A food safety audit method includes the following steps: (A) an information collection device collects food production process information and transmits it to a computing device via a communication network, the food production process information including at least one food manufacturing information; (B) for each piece of food manufacturing information, the computing device performs data preprocessing on the food manufacturing information to obtain processed food manufacturing information; (C) the computing device transmits each piece of processed food manufacturing information to a blockchain platform via the communication network to store each piece of processed food manufacturing information in the blockchain platform's blockchain; and (D) the computing device uses at least one food audit model based on the processed at least one piece of food manufacturing information to obtain at least one corresponding food audit result.
