Vibration generating device

Abstract

The object of this invention is to protect the elastic arm portion that supports a movable body to vibrate in the vibration direction and to achieve a thinner profile. The vibration generating device of this invention comprises: a frame having a lower outer shell and an upper outer shell on which a coil is mounted; a movable body having a magnet and a yoke disposed above the magnet, and disposed above the coil opposite to the coil, vibrating relative to the frame in a first direction; and a pair of elastic arms respectively disposed on both sides of the movable body in the first direction, connected to the frame and the movable body above the lower outer shell; and the upper outer shell having a frame portion that exposes the movable body at its center and covers the pair of elastic arms.
