Abstract

Transconductance calibration circuit comprises constant voltage source, first transconductance amplifier, second transconductance amplifier, and comparison module. The constant voltage source is configured to generate reference voltage. The first transconductance amplifier responds to the reference voltage to produce constant current. The second transconductance amplifier responds to the reference voltage to produce a variation current. The comparison module comprises a first potentiometer, a reference resistor, and a comparison circuit. The first potentiometer is coupled to the first transconductance amplifier and has an adjustable resistance, which is configured to generate a variation voltage based on the constant current and the adjustable resistance. The reference resistor is coupled to the second transconductance amplifier and has a designed resistance value. The reference resistor is configured to generate a constant voltage based on the variation current and the designed resistance. The comparison circuit compares the variation voltage with the constant voltage to adjust the adjustable resistance.
