Abstract

A novel semiconductor device is provided. The semiconductor device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, and a fourth transistor. A first terminal of the first transistor is connected to a first terminal of the second transistor. A second terminal of the first transistor is connected to a first wiring. A second terminal of the second transistor is connected to a second wiring. The gate of the first transistor is connected to the gate of the third transistor, the first terminal of the third transistor, and the first terminal of the fourth transistor. The second terminal of the third transistor is connected to the gate of the first wiring, the third wiring, or the fourth transistor. A clock signal is supplied to the first wiring.
