Abstract

A novel semiconductor device is provided. A first terminal of a first transistor is connected to a first terminal of a second transistor, a gate of a third transistor, and a first terminal of a first capacitor. The first terminal of the third transistor is connected to a first terminal of a fourth transistor. The second terminal of the first transistor is connected to a first terminal of a fifth transistor. The channel length of the first transistor is greater than the channel length of the third transistor, and the channel length of the third transistor is greater than the channel length of the second transistor. The gates of the second transistor and the fifth transistor are supplied with signals that are logically inverted.
