Abstract

This disclosure relates to non-alcoholic beverages with a beer like flavour and method of making such beverages. In particular, the beverage mimics flavour, appearance, and mouthfeel of beer without including any alcoholic fermentation processes during its production. The disclosure also relates to a beverage concentrate and to a method of making thereof.
