Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] This disclosure provides a buckle, particularly a buckle adjustable for four rope ends. [Previous Technology]
[0002] Existing rope buckles, such as those disclosed in CN217390120U, are mostly two-piece structures, such as male and female buckles that are assembled together, and the rope can be clamped and fixed by the elastic force of the elastic section between the male and female buckles.
[0003] However, existing rope buckles can only adjust two rope ends. If more than two rope ends (e.g., four rope ends) need to be adjusted, the number of rope buckles installed must be increased, which not only takes up space but is also inconvenient to use. [Summary of the Invention]
[0004] This disclosure provides a fastener for through which two first rope tails and two second rope tails are threaded. The fastener includes: a first fastener comprising two first outer channels and a first inner channel, the first inner channel being located between the first outer channels; and a second fastener, which is assembled with the first fastener and comprises two second outer channels and two second inner channels, the second outer channels being spaced apart from each other and respectively communicating with the first outer channels, the second inner channels being spaced apart from each other and communicating with the first inner channels, and the second inner channels being located between the second outer channels; wherein, the first rope tails are threaded through the first inner channels and the second inner channels, and the second rope tails are threaded through the first outer channels and the second outer channels.
[0005] As described above, the first fastener further comprises two pieces, two first inner connecting bodies, and two first outer connecting bodies. The pieces are arranged in parallel with each other at intervals. The first inner connecting bodies are disposed between the pieces and together with the pieces define the first inner channel. The first outer connecting bodies are disposed between the pieces and together with the pieces and the first inner connecting bodies define the first outer channel. The first inner connecting bodies are located between the first outer connecting bodies.
[0006] As described above, the second fastener further includes a base and two wings, the second inner channel is formed through the base, the wings extend outward from opposite sides of the base, and the second outer channel is formed through the wings.
[0007] As described above, each of the first inner connecting bodies has a first inner tooth portion facing the first inner channel and corresponding to each other, each of the first outer connecting bodies has a first outer tooth portion facing the first outer channel, and the seat has two second outer tooth portions facing the first outer tooth portion.
[0008] As described above, the second fastener further includes two spring pieces and a gear. The spring pieces extend outward from the base body at intervals and are located correspondingly in the first inner channel. The gear is movably disposed between the spring pieces and is located correspondingly between the first inner teeth.
[0009] As described above, each of the spring pieces has a cylinder, the gear has opposing recesses, the cylinder is respectively disposed in the recesses, and the cross-sectional area of the recess is greater than the cross-sectional area of the cylinder.
[0010] As described above, the second fastener can switch between a released state and a locked state relative to the first fastener. In the locked state, the gear is adjacent to the first inner tooth portion, the second outer tooth portion is adjacent to the first outer tooth portion, the first rope tail is clamped by the gear and the first inner tooth portion, and the second rope tail is clamped by the first outer tooth portion and the second outer tooth portion. In the released state, the gear moves away from the first inner tooth portion, allowing the first rope tail to move in the first inner channel and the second inner channel, and the second outer tooth portion moves away from the first outer tooth portion, allowing the second rope tail to move in the first outer channel and the second outer channel.
[0011] As described above, when the fastener is in the locked state, an external force is applied to pull the first rope tail, causing the first rope tail to move from the first inner channel to the second inner channel, while simultaneously driving the gear to approach the seat. At this time, the first rope tail accumulates a tight force. When the external force is removed, the tight force causes the first rope tail to drive the gear away from the seat and adjacent to the first inner tooth portion, so that the first rope tail is clamped by the gear and the first inner tooth portion.
[0012] The aforementioned fastener further includes a third fastener and an elastic member, the third fastener being fixed to the first fastener, the elastic member being disposed between the third fastener and the second fastener, and constantly providing an elastic force that tends to keep the second fastener in the locked state.
[0013] As described above, the first fastener further includes a plurality of slide rails, each of which is formed on the plate. The second fastener further includes a plurality of slide channels, each of which is recessed in the base and the wing, and allows the slide rails to slide therein.
[0014] As described above, the first fastener further includes two limiting grooves, which are respectively recessed into the plate and used to limit the second fastener.
[0015] In summary, the disclosed buckle allows for segmented adjustment of the tension of the inner and outer rope ends without interference between them. Furthermore, the disclosed buckle can be operated with one hand, offering ease of use. [Simplified Explanation of the Diagram]

Implementation Method
[0016] Please refer to Figures 1 to 5. The disclosed fastener 100 includes a first fastener 1, a second fastener 2, a third fastener 3, and an elastic member 4. The first fastener 1 and the second fastener 2 can be assembled with each other, the third fastener 3 is fixed to the first fastener 1, and the elastic member 4 is disposed between the second fastener 2 and the third fastener 3. The structure of each component and the connection relationship between them will be described in detail below.
[0017] In this embodiment, the buckle 100 can be installed on an article, such as a shoe with double laces, but this disclosure is not limited thereto. The article can also be clothing fabric, cuffs, coat hoods, leather goods, plastic shells, protective gear, backpacks, handbags, helmets, raincoats, etc.
[0018] The first fastener 1 includes two pieces 11, two first inner connecting bodies 12, two first outer connecting bodies 13, two first outer channels 14, one first inner channel 15, a plurality of slide rails 16, 17, two limiting grooves 18 and two buckle holes 19.
[0019] The sheet body 11 is generally square plate-shaped and arranged parallel to each other at intervals. The first inner connector 12 is disposed at intervals between the sheet bodies 11 and together with the sheet bodies 11 surrounds and defines the first inner channel 15. The first outer connector 13 is disposed at intervals between the sheet bodies 11 and is located outside the first inner connector 12, that is, the first inner connector 12 is located between the first outer connector 13, so that the first outer connector 13, the sheet body 11 and the first inner connector 12 together surround and define the first outer channel 14, so that the first inner channel 15 is located between the first outer channels 14.
[0020] Each first inner connector 12 has a first inner tooth 121, which faces the first inner channel 15 and corresponds to each other. Each first outer connector 13 has a first outer tooth 131, which faces the first outer channel 14. The slide rails 16 are formed on the inner side of the sheet 11 at intervals, for example, two slide rails 16 are formed on the inner side of each sheet 11. The slide rails 17 are provided on the side of the sheet 11 and adjacent to the first outer connectors 13, for example, one slide rail 17 is formed on each opposite side of each sheet 11. The limiting grooves 18 are respectively recessed on the inner side of the sheet 11 and correspond to the first inner channel 15. The snap holes 19 are respectively formed through the sheet 11 and located between the slide rails 16.
[0021] The second fastener 2 includes a body 21, two wings 22, two second outer channels 23, two second inner channels 24, a receiving space 25, two spring pieces 26, a gear 27, and a plurality of slides 28 and 29.
[0022] The seat body 21 is generally U-shaped and is disposed between the plates 11. It has a recess 211 and two second external teeth 212, which are located on opposite sides of the seat body 21 and face the first external teeth 131. The wing body 22 is generally L-shaped and extends outward from opposite sides of the seat body 21 to correspond to the second external teeth 212 and cover opposite sides of the first fastener 1. The outer surface of the wing body 22 may have a plurality of ribs for the user to grip and move the second fastener 2. The second outer channels 23 are formed through the wing body 22 and are connected to the first outer channels 14. The second inner channels 24 are formed through the seat body 21 and are spaced apart from each other, and are connected to the first inner channels 15. The second outer channels 23 and the second inner channels 24 are not connected to each other, and the second inner channels 24 are located between the second outer channels 23. The accommodating space 25 is defined by the seat 21 and communicates with the recess 211, and is located between and not communicated with the second inner channel 24.
[0023] The spring pieces 26 are generally U-shaped pieces, extending outward from the base 21 at intervals, and each has a cylinder 261. The spring pieces 26 are located within the limiting grooves 18 and are limited by the limiting grooves 18. The gear 27 has a recess 271 on each of its two opposite surfaces, and a plurality of protrusions are arranged around the periphery of the gear 27. The cylinders 261 are respectively disposed in the recesses 271, and the cross-sectional area of the recesses 271 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the cylinders 261, so that the gear 27 is movably disposed between the spring pieces 26 and will not detach from the spring pieces 26, and is located between the first internal teeth 121. Under the limitation of the cylinders 261, the gear 27 can move in any direction relative to the spring pieces 26 and has a certain degree of movable space. The slide rails 28 are recessed at intervals on opposite surfaces of the base 21 and adjacent to the second external tooth 212. For example, two slide rails 28 are formed on one surface, and slide rails 16 are slidably disposed therein. The slide rails 29 are recessed at intervals on the wing 22. For example, two slide rails 29 are formed on one wing 22, and slide rails 17 are slidably disposed therein.
[0024] The third fastener 3 is fixedly connected to the first fastener 1 and is located in the receiving space 25 of the second fastener 2. The third fastener 3 has two snap-fit portions 31 and a receiving hole 32, wherein the snap-fit portions 31 are respectively snapped into the snap-fit holes 19, and the receiving hole 32 faces the receiving space 25. The elastic member 4 is disposed between the third fastener 3 and the second fastener 2 and is located in the receiving space 25, with its two ends respectively receiving the receiving hole 32 and the recess 211. The elastic member 4 is used to constantly provide an elastic force that tends to keep the second fastener 2 in a locked state (Fig. 6). In one embodiment, the elastic member 4 may be a compression spring.
[0025] Please refer to Figures 6 and 8. The mutual combination of the slide rails 16 and 17 and the slide channels 28 and 29 allows the second fastener 2 to slide relative to the first fastener 1, enabling the second fastener 2 to switch between a locked state (Figure 6) and a released state (Figure 8) relative to the first fastener 1. The fastener 100 can accommodate two first rope tails 5 and two second rope tails 6. After the two first rope tails 5 pass through the first inner channel 15, they are respectively passed through the second inner channel 24. After the two second rope tails 6 pass through the first outer channel 14, they are respectively passed through the second outer channel 23. In one embodiment, the two first rope tails 5 can be the same rope or different ropes; similarly, the two second rope tails 6 can be the same rope or different ropes. Taking the item installed by the fastener 100 as a shoe with double-layer shoelaces as an example, the first rope tail 5 is one layer of shoelaces, and the second rope tail 6 is the other layer of shoelaces.
[0026] As shown in Figure 6, when in the locked state, the gear 27 is adjacent to the first internal tooth portion 121 and away from the seat body 21 (the cylinder 261 abuts against one end of the recess 271 adjacent to the seat body 21), so that the first rope tail 5 is clamped by the gear 27 and the first internal tooth portion 121, that is, two first rope tails 5 are clamped by the first internal tooth portion 121 on both sides of the gear 27. The second external tooth portion 212 is adjacent to the first external tooth portion 131, so that the second rope tail 6 is clamped by the first external tooth portion 131 and the second external tooth portion 212.
[0027] Please refer to Figure 7. When in the locked state, an external force F2 can be applied to pull the first rope tail 5, causing the first rope tail 5 to abut against the first inner connecting body 12 and move from the first inner channel 15 to the second inner channel 24. At the same time, the gear 27 is driven to approach the seat 21 (the cylinder 261 abuts against the end of the recess 271 away from the seat 21). That is, the first rope tail 5 will not be completely clamped by the gear 27 and the first inner tooth 121 (the setting direction of the first inner tooth 121 facilitates the external force F2 to pull the first rope tail 5). At this time, the buckle 100 approaches the object, and the first rope tail 5 accumulates a pressing force T. When the external force F2 is removed, the pressing force T will cause the first rope tail 5 to drive the gear 27 away from the seat 21 and approach the first inner tooth 121 (returning to the state in Figure 6), so that the first rope tail 5 is clamped by the gear 27 and the first inner tooth 121. Similarly, when in the locked state, an external force F1 can be applied to simultaneously pull the second rope tail 6, causing the second rope tail 6 to abut against the first outer connecting body 13 and move from the first outer channel 14 towards the second outer channel 23. The second rope tail 6 will not be clamped by the first outer tooth 131 and the second outer tooth 212 (the orientation of the first outer tooth 131 and the second outer tooth 212 facilitates the pulling of the second rope tail 6 by the external force F1). That is, the first rope tail 5 and the second rope tail 6 can have their tightness adjusted separately. For example, when the second rope tail 6 is tightened, the seat 21 and wing 22 remain stationary relative to the first fastener 1, while the first rope tail 5 can still have its tightness adjusted by the movable gear 27. Similarly, when the first rope tail 5 is tightened, the gear 27 remains stationary relative to the first fastener 1, while the seat 21 and wing 22 can still move relative to the gear 27, so the second rope tail 6 can still have its tightness adjusted by the movable seat 21 and wing 22.
[0028] Referring to Figure 8, to release the locked state, a pulling force F3 can be applied to the second fastener 2, causing the second fastener 2 to move away from the first fastener 1 and change to the released state. In the released state, the elastic member 4 is compressed by the second fastener 2 and the third fastener 3, and the gear 27 moves away from the first internal tooth portion 121 via the drive of the cylinder 261, so that the first rope tail 5 is not clamped by the gear 27 and the first internal tooth portion 121, and can move in the first inner channel 15 and the second inner channel 24. The second external tooth portion 212 moves away from the first external tooth portion 131, so that the second rope tail 6 is not clamped by the first external tooth portion 131 and the second external tooth portion 212, and can move in the first outer channel 14 and the second outer channel 23. When the pulling force F3 is removed, the second fastener 2, through the rebound of the elastic member 4, changes from the released state to the locked state, and clamps the first rope tail 5 and the second rope tail 6 again.
[0029] In summary, the disclosed buckle allows for segmented adjustment of the tension of the inner and outer rope ends without interference between them. Furthermore, the disclosed buckle can be operated with one hand, offering ease of use.
