Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a tea brewing management system and method, and more particularly to a tea brewing management system and method that allows a user to precisely control the brewing time and number of times according to the characteristics of different teas, thereby ensuring that the flavor of each cup of tea can be fully exerted. Prior Art
[0002] Tea is a universally beloved beverage, with a history stretching back thousands of years and deeply ingrained into our daily lives. Drinking tea not only offers a cultural experience, but its elements also offer numerous health benefits, including fragrant breath, invigorating spirits, and a calming effect. It also provides antioxidant benefits, promotes skin and mucous membrane health, and boosts metabolism.
[0003] However, most modern people are unfamiliar with the correct tea brewing methods, and only have a superficial understanding of the process. Interviews with tea industry professionals revealed that among tea growers, roasters, brewers, vendors, and consumers, only roasters and brewers are relatively familiar with the correct brewing techniques. Generally, vendors and consumers also only know the correct brewing techniques for a few different teas. Most consumers or recipients of tea gifts fail to accurately capture the aroma and flavor of the tea leaves they brew. Incorrect tea brewing methods can lead to the loss of beneficial ingredients in tea, such as flavanols. Proper absorption of flavanols contributes to good health. Furthermore, improper tea brewing procedures can significantly diminish the flavor of the tea after the second infusion, preventing tea drinkers from fully appreciating the essence of fine tea.
[0004] In light of this, and driven by their love for tea, the applicant began researching the flavors of various teas and their brewing techniques. Throughout this process, they consulted tea farmers, tea roasting experts, tea vendors, and tea lovers, gathering information on tea varieties, roasting techniques, and tea brewing knowledge. Through continuous research and experimentation, they conceived of a tea brewing management system and method that allows users to precisely control brewing time and frequency based on the characteristics of each tea, ensuring that the full flavor of each cup is fully realized. This system addresses the difficulties tea lovers face in selecting and brewing tea by providing a convenient management tool that helps users quickly find the tea information they need and brew delicious tea. This system enhances users' tea-drinking experience and, in turn, promotes the spread and development of tea culture. Summary of the Invention

FIG5 is a schematic diagram of the operation of the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG6 is a schematic diagram of the operation of the fourth embodiment of the present invention. Implementation Method
[0011] Please refer to Figure 1, which is a diagram of the architecture of the present invention. As shown, the tea brewing management system of the present invention is applicable to multiple terminal electronic devices 1 and a control server 2. The control server 2 includes at least an electrically connected communication unit 21, a database 22, a display unit 23, and a processing unit 24. The communication unit 21 has networking capabilities, enabling communication with the terminal electronic devices 1 via the Internet 3. In this embodiment, the terminal electronic device 1 can be a computer, smartphone, or iPad.
[0012] Database 22 stores multiple different tea items and their parameters, including brewing time, temperature, and number of brewing times. Tea brewing varies depending on the type of tea, degree of fermentation, degree of rolling, degree of roasting, and maturity of the green tea leaves. Therefore, different amounts of tea, water temperatures, and brewing times are required to achieve the most perfect flavor. The present invention collects information on the flavor, origin, and brewing conditions of various teas from sources including tea experts, tea books, and online resources, and compiles this information into database 22. For example, Longjing tea is classified as Jianpian green tea; its fermentation level is unfermented; its rolling level is lightly rolled; its roasting level is unroasted; and its green tea maturity is bud tea. The brewing water temperature is typically low (75°C), the amount of tea brewed is small (6g for a spherical tea package), and the brewing time is short (25 seconds for the first brew, 15 seconds for the second brew, and 30 seconds for the third brew). In this embodiment, the amount of tea brewed is controlled by using customized tea balls according to different tea types. The temperature of the tea brewing water is controlled (75°C to 95°C). In actual operation, five independent temperature-controlled tea barrels can be used to provide different water temperatures.
[0013] A display unit 23 includes a selection screen and a monitoring page for tea items. The brewing management mechanism within the database 22 displays the brewing water temperature directly next to the tea item. Each brewing time and the number of each brewing step are automatically displayed on the page. The top layer of the selection screen includes at least eight monitoring screens for monitoring the first eight brewing steps in the sequence.
[0014] The processing unit 24 is electrically connected to the communication unit 21, the database 22 and the display unit 23 to process the user's tea item selection and select a corresponding parameter from the database 22 according to the selection and display it on the terminal electronic device 1.
[0015] The combination of the aforementioned components forms a tea brewing management system suitable for use in tea shops or by individual tea lovers. When the processing unit 24 receives a tea selection, it selects corresponding parameters from the database 22 based on the selection. The user then selects the tea selection on the display unit of the terminal electronic device 1. The application automatically sets the brewing time and number of times based on the characteristics of each tea. The user simply selects the tea selection, and the application automatically adjusts the brewing parameters for each cup of tea, emitting a notification sound when each cup is complete, ensuring the optimal flavor of each cup.
[0016] Please refer to Figure 2, which is a flowchart of the operation of the present invention. In conjunction with Figure 1, as shown in the figure, the operation of the present invention includes the following steps: In step S1, the control server 2 receives an operation request from the terminal electronic device 1. In this embodiment, the terminal electronic device 1 downloads an application from the control server 2 via an app. During use, the terminal electronic device 1 communicates with the control server 2 via the Internet 3. A login screen (see FIG. 3 ) is displayed on the terminal electronic device 1. This screen includes the user's registered account and password, allowing the user to log in and perform operations. In step S2, an operation screen is displayed on the terminal electronic device 1. The control server 2 receives an operation request from the terminal electronic device 1, verifies it, and then transmits the operation screen to the terminal electronic device 1. As shown in FIG4 , the operation screen includes various tea items 11 (e.g., Gongfu Black Tea, High Mountain Oolong Tea, Tieguanyin Tea, Baozhong Tea, Longjing Tea, Qingyang Tea, etc.), tea brewing water temperature values 12 displayed directly next to the tea items 11 (e.g., 95°C for Gongfu Black Tea, 90°C for High Mountain Oolong Tea, 95°C for Tieguanyin Tea, 95°C for Baozhong Tea, 75°C for Longjing Tea, and 95°C for Qingyang Tea), as well as tea brewing time and tea order labels 13 to display the brewing time and order of each tea. Furthermore, eight small monitoring screens 14 are provided at the top of the operation screen to monitor the first eight tea brewing orders. This allows tea to be served simultaneously if two tables of eight guests order tea together. In addition, the control screens for brewing various teas and brewing courses, the small monitoring screen 14 at the top and the brewing time and the tea number mark 13 at the bottom are displayed synchronously. In step S3, the user selects a tea type. The user brews tea using water at the same temperature as the temperature displayed by the brewing water temperature value 12, then directly selects a different tea type 11 from the operation screen, and selects the first cup of tea from the brewing time and the cup number indicator 13 (e.g., pressing 1 for the first cup selects the first cup of tea). In step S4, the operation screen displays the timing, and the brewing time and the tea number mark 13 on the operation screen display the timing time, which is counted down. The monitoring small screen 14 displays the tea brewing order. In step S5, the timing ends.
