Abstract

The invention provides a visual induction apparatus, a visual induction method and a timing control device. The visual induction apparatus includes a frame data source, a display panel module and the timing control device. The timing control device is coupled to the frame data source and the display panel module. The timing control device receives an original frame string from the frame data source. The timing control device adjusts the brightness of each frame of the original frame string to generate a flickering frame string with flicker. The timing control device outputs the flickering frame string to the display panel module, so that the display panel module presents a flicker picture to stimulate the brain waves of a viewer.
