Treatment of sleep disorders

Abstract

Described are compositions comprising a compound of formula I: in which R represents H, or optionally substituted C1-15alkyl, C1-15alkenyl or C1-15alkynyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, metabolite, prodrug, bioisostere, or protected form thereof, for use in the treatment or prevention of a sleep disorder, together with methods of treating or preventing a sleep disorder in a subject or of treating or preventing a symptom or co-morbidity associated with a sleep disorder.
