Abstract
The objective of this invention is to provide a crystalline form of a compound or its salt having EGFR inhibitory activity, which exhibits good crystallization properties in terms of storage stability, low hygroscopicity, low charge, or excellent pharmacokinetics. According to one aspect of this invention, a crystalline form of (S)-N-(4-amino-6-methyl-5-(quinolin-3-yl)-8,9-dihydropyrimidino[5,4-b]indolyl-8-yl)acrylamide with a peak value at a specified diffraction angle (2θ±0.2°) in a powder X-ray diffraction spectrum can be provided.
