The present disclosure provides biazacycloalkane compounds represented by Formula I and Formula II, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, isomers, prodrugs thereof, or mixtures thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, and their use in the preparation of medicaments for the prevention, relief, or treatment of related diseases caused by Menin-MLL protein interactions.
