Compounds as kras inhibitors, pharmaceutical compositions and uses thereof

Abstract

This disclosure pertains to the field of pharmaceutical technology and relates to a KRAS inhibitor compound, its pharmaceutical composition, and its use. Specifically, this disclosure relates to compounds of formula (I), or stereoisomers, tautomers, nitrides, solvates, metabolites, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or prodrugs of compounds of formula (I). The use of the compounds, their pharmaceutical compositions, and such compounds and their pharmaceutical compositions in the preparation of medicaments for the prevention or treatment of KRAS-mediated diseases, particularly in the preparation of medicaments for the prevention or treatment of cancer, is also disclosed.
