Release film and adhesive tape with release film attached

Abstract

A non-fluorine-based release film with good peelability to adhesive tape is provided. The release film is a release film having a release layer on a substrate, wherein the release layer is composed of a hardened layer containing an active energy line hardening composition of an alkyl compound having 8 or more carbon atoms (hereinafter referred to as "long-chain alkyl compound"), and the average length (RSm) of the roughness profile elements of the surface of the release layer measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM) is 300 nm or more.
