Vacuum laminating machine for protective film and fixture thereof

Abstract

A vacuum laminating machine for a protective film and a fixture thereof are used to solve the problem that bubbles forming when laminating the protective film. The vacuum laminating machine comprises a machine base with two lateral walls, a bottom base and a movable base which can move along two guide rails of the two lateral walls, an upper heater located on a top of the machine base, a lower heater combined with the movable base and can be lifted and lowered by a power element to move toward or away from the upper heater. A chamber of the lower heater has a plurality of lower support portions and a plurality of upper support portions which can be lifted and lowered by a power element. A lifting platform in the chamber can be lifted and lowered by an actuator. The vacuum laminating machine further comprises at least one fixture including a lower template arranged on the lower support portion and an upper template arranged on the upper support portion. As such, bubbles will not form when laminating the protective film.
