Manufacturing method for cylinder of brake pump

Abstract

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a cylinder of a brake pump, the method comprising the following steps: (A) manufacturing a cylinder blank of a brake pump; (B) performing an anodic treatment on the surface of the cylinder blank to produce an aluminum oxide layer on the surface of the cylinder blank; (C) performing a machining process to produce at least one processed surface; and (D) performing a coating and painting operation to complete the manufacturing process of the cylinder of the brake pump. Thus, the present invention first performs an anodic treatment on the surface of the cylinder blank and then performs a machining process. In this way, the aluminum oxide layer on each machined surface can be removed during the machining process, thereby eliminating the cylinder brushing process and maintaining the smoothness of each processed surface, thereby saving time and labor to reduce manufacturing cost benefits.
