Abstract
Claims
1. A three-dot bottom-based net-zero green energy Mdi stack, comprising: The pallet body has a left support foot, three central support feet, a right support foot, multiple reinforcing ribs, and two forklift holes. Its spatial configuration from top to bottom is as follows: pallet body, multiple reinforcing ribs, left support foot, three central support feet and right support foot, and two-way forklift holes.
2. The adhesive used in the manufacturing process of the three-dot bottom net-zero green energy Mdi pallet as described in claim 1 includes: The formulation may include methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), melamine co-polycondensation resin, phenolic resin, isocyanate, or urea-formaldehyde resins, with the proportions adjusted as needed.
3. The net zero green energy Mdi pallet with three dots as described in claim 1, wherein the left and right support feet are elongated, the three central support feet are elliptical, and the three central support feet and multiple reinforcing ribs are recessed downward on the front of the pallet and protruded outward on the back of the pallet.
4. The three-dot bottom-mounted net zero green energy Mdi pallet as described in claim 1, wherein multiple reinforcing ribs can improve the pallet's load-bearing capacity and anti-slip properties. Except for the left support foot, the three central support feet, and the right support foot, the downward-recessed parts are all reinforcing ribs; 2. Forklift holes are located in the middle of the left support foot, the three central support feet, and the right support foot, respectively, to provide forklift equipment operation.
