Abstract

A type of MDI pallet with wooden blocks includes an upper pallet, a lower pallet, wooden blocks, nine-legged grooves, reinforcing ribs, and a four-way forklift hole structure. The upper pallet, lower pallet, and wooden blocks are all made from recycled wood, processing waste wood, wood chips, or wood powder, combined with special adhesive, and pressed by a hot press mold. The upper pallet has nine-legged grooves and a reinforcing rib structure, which can improve the load-bearing capacity and anti-slip properties of the pallet. The lower pallet has the same structure as the upper pallet, or a grid-shaped structure. The wooden blocks connect the upper and lower pallets with screws and provide load-bearing support for the pallets. There are small grooves on both sides of the wooden blocks, which can be used to attach barcodes, QR codes, etc., to speed up logistics efficiency.
