[Objective] An air-floating transport device, wherein the guide member is made of a porous material, which can suppress damage to the joint between the main body member and the guide member and reduce the air-floating transport function. [Technical Content] An air-floating transport device for air-floating transport of a roll of material (W), comprising: a main body member (1) made of a high-density material and a guide member (2) made of a porous material. The main body member (1) has a first threaded portion (11) on its outer surface and a fluid inlet portion (12) for introducing fluid for air-floating transport in its interior. The guide member (2) has a second threaded portion (21) on its inner surface and an air-floating transport surface (22) on its outer surface for buoying the roll of material. The main body member (1) and the guide member (2) are joined by a threaded joint (4) formed by the first threaded portion (11) and the second threaded portion (21).
