Abstract

The present invention aims to simplify the structure of the device for generating chlorine-containing gas without complicating its use. The chlorine-containing gas generating device (100) is a device for generating chlorine-containing gas containing at least one of chlorine dioxide gas and chlorine gas, and includes: a receiving section (10) for receiving calcium hypochlorite powder; a gas supply section (20) for supplying raw material gas to the receiving section (10); and a chlorine-containing gas supply section (30) for supplying raw material gas to the outside of the device body (B) to generate chlorine-containing gas by contacting the calcium hypochlorite powder.
